Hugh Keyte’s edition of Spem in alium has been key to this project. Hugh’s authority on the history of the work is second to none; this edition is the culmination of years of scholarship and unceasing re-examination. Various iterations of this edition have existed throughout the years, including those recorded by the Taverner Choir and I Fagiolini, but now a long-awaited new engraving has been made for release directly into the public domain.
